Blueberries are delicious and nutritious foods, but how many calories do 100 grams of blueberries provide? And how many depending on the variety? Find out.

The blueberry is considered as an authentic fruit extremely beneficial not only for the urinary system, as it is useful in the treatment of the prevention and elimination of urinary infections, but also suitable and ideal for circulation in general.

Not surprisingly, within the different properties of blueberry, we find that it is a fresh food that, in addition to reducing varicose veins, prevents the formation of thrombi, promoting the good condition of the arteries and strengthening the capillaries at the same time.

Blueberry juice, for example, is particularly useful against fluid retention, making it ideal for weight loss diets. But, how many are the calories in blueberries and how much caloric content do 100 grams provide?
