  • 4 cloves.
  • 4 cardamom seeds.
  • 4 black peppercorns.
  • 1 slice of ginger (fresh).
  • 1/4 cinnamon stick.
  • 1 cup of water.
  • 1 teaspoon of black tea.

Preparation of yogi tea: 

  1. First put the water in a saucepan and bring it to a boil. When the water begins to boil add all the indicated spices, lower the heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  2. After this time, turn off the heat, infuse the black tea, cover and let it rest for 3 more minutes.
