Chocolate coffee cream
The coffee and chocolate cream is a creamy dessert that is very tasty and with which you will surprise coffee and chocolate lovers.
Ingredients for 6 people:
- 75 grams of sugar.
- 250ml of freshly brewed espresso.
- 150 grams of chopped dark chocolate.
- 450 ml. of liquid and thick cream.
- 100ml of brandy.
Elaboration:
- Dissolve the sugar in the coffee until it is well dissolved and let cool.
- We put the crumbled dark chocolate in a bowl in a bain-marie so that it melts. When the chocolate is melted, remove it from the heat.
- We spread a piece of beard on the table and spread the chocolate with the help of a spatula.
- We leave the chocolate about 3 mm thick.
- Store the chocolate in the freezer for 12 minutes.

- With the help of a whisk or a mixer, we mount the cream and gradually add the coffee and brandy, stirring gently with enveloping movements.
- We continue beating until the cream has consistency and has gained volume.

Ingredients for 6 people:
- 150 grams of raw and ground almonds.
- 550 grams of condensed milk.
- 500 ml. From mineral water.
- 6 eggs.
- 3 yolks.
- 3 tablespoons of honey.
- Sugar to caramelize the mold, or industrial caramel.
Elaboration:
- In a bowl, add the condensed milk with the water.
- Add the beaten yolks, the beaten eggs, the honey, the ground almonds and beat to mix well.
- Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180ºC for 10 minutes.
- We caramelize the bottom and the walls of a mold or flan box.
- Pour the mixture into the caramelized mold and cook the flan in the oven in a bain-marie at a temperature of 180ºC for 50 or 60 minutes.
- We open the oven and with a toothpick or skewer we prick to know if the flan is already cooked.
- If the toothpick or skewer comes out clean without any remains, it will be a sign that the flan is already cooked.
- Carefully remove the pan from the oven and allow cooling slightly to room temperature.
- Carefully unmold and reserve in the fridge to serve cold.
When serving it we can accompany it with a splash of honey.
Tiramisu with peach surprise
Probably on more than one occasion you will have tried the classic tiramisu. The tiramisu that we present in this post has a surprise; it is accompanied by a fruit that suits it very well, the sweet peach.

Ingredients for 6 people:
- 3 peaches in syrup, diced.
- 375 grams of mascarpone cheese.
- 150 grams of icing sugar.
- 6 ladyfingers biscuits.
- 375 grams of Greek type yogurt.
- 2 teaspoons of amaretto.
- 2 cups of black coffee.
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
Elaboration:
- Remove the syrup from the peaches and cut them into cubes.
- In a bowl we put the cheese, sugar, liquor, and yogurt.
- Beat with mixer until creamy.
- We moisten each soletilla sponge cake in the coffee and place them in the bottom of the 6 glasses or crystal glasses where we are going to present the dessert.
