3 sweet proposals for Christmas desserts

Chocolate coffee cream

The coffee and chocolate cream is a creamy dessert that is very tasty and with which you will surprise coffee and chocolate lovers.

Ingredients for 6 people:

  • 75 grams of sugar.
  • 250ml of freshly brewed espresso.
  • 150 grams of chopped dark chocolate.
  • 450 ml. of liquid and thick cream.
  • 100ml of brandy.

Elaboration:

  1. Dissolve the sugar in the coffee until it is well dissolved and let cool.
  2. We put the crumbled dark chocolate in a bowl in a bain-marie so that it melts. When the chocolate is melted, remove it from the heat.
  3. We spread a piece of beard on the table and spread the chocolate with the help of a spatula.
  4. We leave the chocolate about 3 mm thick.
  5. Store the chocolate in the freezer for 12 minutes.
  6. While we are working the cream.
  7. With the help of a whisk or a mixer, we mount the cream and gradually add the coffee and brandy, stirring gently with enveloping movements.
  8. We continue beating until the cream has consistency and has gained volume.
  9. Remove the chocolate from the freezer and cut it into squares or strips.
  10. We serve the coffee cream in individual cups with the chocolate on top to decorate.

Almond and honey flan

The almond and honey flan is a flan with an exquisite flavor, the touch of almonds and honey immerses us fully in Christmas.

We can make this dessert in a large mold or flan box or in small individual flan boxes.

Ingredients for 6 people:

  • 150 grams of raw and ground almonds.
  • 550 grams of condensed milk.
  • 500 ml. From mineral water.
  • 6 eggs.
  • 3 yolks.
  • 3 tablespoons of honey.
  • Sugar to caramelize the mold, or industrial caramel.

Elaboration:

  1. In a bowl, add the condensed milk with the water.
  2. Add the beaten yolks, the beaten eggs, the honey, the ground almonds and beat to mix well.
  3. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180ºC for 10 minutes.
  4. We caramelize the bottom and the walls of a mold or flan box.
  5. Pour the mixture into the caramelized mold and cook the flan in the oven in a bain-marie at a temperature of 180ºC for 50 or 60 minutes.
  6. We open the oven and with a toothpick or skewer we prick to know if the flan is already cooked.
  7. If the toothpick or skewer comes out clean without any remains, it will be a sign that the flan is already cooked.
  8. Carefully remove the pan from the oven and allow cooling slightly to room temperature.
  9. Carefully unmold and reserve in the fridge to serve cold.

When serving it we can accompany it with a splash of honey.

Tiramisu with peach surprise

Probably on more than one occasion you will have tried the classic tiramisu. The tiramisu that we present in this post has a surprise; it is accompanied by a fruit that suits it very well, the sweet peach.

It is a very easy recipe to prepare and with which you will surely surprise all the guests this Christmas.

Ingredients for 6 people:

  • 3 peaches in syrup, diced.
  • 375 grams of mascarpone cheese.
  • 150 grams of icing sugar.
  • 6 ladyfingers biscuits.
  • 375 grams of Greek type yogurt.
  • 2 teaspoons of amaretto.
  • 2 cups of black coffee.
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.

Elaboration:

  1. Remove the syrup from the peaches and cut them into cubes.
  2. In a bowl we put the cheese, sugar, liquor, and yogurt.
  3. Beat with mixer until creamy.
  4. We moisten each soletilla sponge cake in the coffee and place them in the bottom of the 6 glasses or crystal glasses where we are going to present the dessert.
  5. Then we put a layer of cream on top of the cake, and then we put peach cubes.
  6. Add another layer of cream.
  7. We do the same with all the glasses; we mount the tiramisu in the same way.
  8. To finish, sprinkle a little cocoa powder on top of each glass or cup.
  9. Store the tiramisus in the fridge to serve cold.

Jejuna nougat ice cream

This nougat ice cream from Jejuna is like an ice cream mousse. It is a dessert that is very tasty and is very easy to make, it also offers us another opportunity or a different way of tasting Jejuna nougat.

We can also prepare this ice cream with any nougat that we choose when we want to vary the recipe and offer other flavors of nougat.

Ingredients for 6 people:

  • A 250-gram tablet of Jejuna nougat.
  • 150 grams of icing sugar.
  • 350 grams of whipping cream.
  • 4 large egg yolks.

Elaboration:

  1. We crumble the nougat well; we can help ourselves with a grinder and put it in a bowl or bowl.
  2. We whip the cream.
  3. Then we beat the yolks well together with the sugar.
  4. Add to the whipped cream, the crumbled nougat, and the mixture of beaten yolks and sugar.
  5. We mix everything stirring carefully and with enveloping movements.
  6. Put the nougat cream in a mold and store it in the freezer.
  7. We will observe when it begins to curdle.
  8. We extract the cream from the freezer and beat it again with energy.
  9. We serve the cream in individual molds and put it back in the freezer until it is almost frozen.
  10. At the time of presenting the Jejuna nougat ice cream on the table, we can decorate it with pieces of Jejuna nougat on top, crunchy almonds or chocolate chips.
