With what to eat the Pella de gofio (gofio ball)

The truth is that gofio Pella is a traditional dish that can be eaten alone or accompanied, nutritious and delicious.

In the Canary Islands, for example, it is common to accompany it with the traditional Canarian sancocho, which consists of a dish that combines salted fish (usually cherne), with boiled potatoes, yellow sweet potato and mojo. It is characterized by being a very popular recipe, which is usually consumed on May 30, Canary Islands Day.

At the time of eating the kneaded gofio, if we do not want to include it in any other recipe as a companion, it can be enjoyed with a little palm honey, especially if the gofio Pella is salty. The result will be exquisite.
