- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 glass of water
How to make gofio Pella with banana and honey:
- Peel the bananas, put them in a large bowl and mash them well with the help of a fork. Then, once crushed, add the cup of water and stir well. It is necessary to continue crushing until there are no whole pieces left.
- Add the gofio, olive oil, honey and salt, and continue stirring until the ingredients are combined.

- 50 g of chopped almonds
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
How to make gofio Pella with honey and almonds:
- If you don’t have chopped almonds, you can choose to chop them yourself with the help of a grinder. Then, once minced, put the gofio in a large bowl and add the water. Mix well until the ingredients are combined.
- Add the honey, salt, and chopped almonds. Mix again.
- Now is the time to knead. To do this, with clean hands, knead all the ingredients well until a dough is formed. Give it an elongated shape, as if it were a bread, and serve on a tray after having cut (if you wish) the kneaded gofio into slices.

- 200 g gofio
- 50 g of chopped almonds
- 25 g of raisins
- 25 g dried figs
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 glass of water
How to make kneaded gofio with dried fruits?
- If you do not have the chopped almonds, you can crush them a little yourself with the help of a mortar. However, whether you have them chopped or not, put them in a pan over the fire and toast them (taking care not to burn them). Then pass them through a mortar and grind them.
- Cut both the raisins and dried figs into smallish pieces.
- In a large bowl, put the gofio, almonds, raisins and dried figs, and mix well. Add the honey and knead a little.
- Put the water and sugar in a saucepan or saucepan, and heat a little until the water boils. Remove from the heat and let it warm.
