Put water in a saucepan and add the sunflower seeds, leaving them to soak for approximately 3 hours. Then, after this time, drain the sunflower seeds well and put them in the blender glass.
Now add the 2 cups of water and beat the sunflower seeds well. It should be a rather homogeneous mixture. To finish, strain the drink with the help of a strainer.
