Healthy recipes with salmon
Recipe for salmon fillet with mashed potato
Ingredients
- 750 g. of fresh salmon in loins.
- 500 g. of potatoes.
- A sprig of parsley.
- Virgin olive oil.
- Salt.
Steps to prepare salmon fillets with mashed potatoes
- Peel, wash and cut the potatoes.
- Bring water to a boil.
- Add a little salt and 3 tablespoons of oil, and cook the potatoes.
- When they are tender, drain and go through the masher.
- Salt the salmon fillets and brush them lightly with oil.
- Make them on a very hot griddle, for about two minutes on each side.
- Serve with the mashed potato, adding chopped parsley on top.
Salmon skewers recipe
Ingredients
- 500 g. of fresh salmon in loins.
- 1 green bell pepper.
- 1 red bell pepper.
- 1 leek
- Virgin olive oil.
- Salt.
- Sticks (for skewers).
Steps to make salmon skewers
- Remove the skin from the salmon fillets.
- Cut them into small cubes.
- Wash the peppers and cut them into square pieces.
- Now remove the green part of the leek. Wash it and cut it into small slices.
- In the skewer sticks, insert the salmon cubes, alternating them with the peppers and the leek.
- Smear a little oil.
- Make them on a very hot griddle, turning the skewer, which will help you mark it on all sides.
