How to relieve back pain:
- Always try to adopt a proper posture in each place where you are. If you are in bed, sleep on your back or side and always use a pillow that keeps your spine and neck aligned. In front of the computer (as you are right now), place the monitor at eye level and the keyboard in the place where you don’t have to raise your shoulders.
- Once back pain appears, try to stay active, since inactivity aggravates the discomfort, and it can become chronic.
- Practice the exercise that best suits you, since swimming is not everything, although by the way, it is highly recommended.
Remember that if it is a pain that is the first time you feel or exceeds two weeks, it is best to go to your doctor’s office. If it is the same as a previously treated one and lasts less than two weeks, try to alleviate it with painkillers.
