To make the pineapple water you only need the complete shell of a pineapple, which you must have washed well before cooking. You can obtain it with care, cutting the peel little by little to separate it from the meat of the pineapple, with the help of a knife, and always being careful not to cut it.

In a saucepan add a liter of water, the well-washed pineapple rind and a teaspoon of cinnamon. Add a teaspoon of cinnamon and simmer for half an hour (30 minutes) over medium heat with the saucepan or pot tightly covered.

After time, turn off the heat and leave it at room temperature. Finally strain the drink and reserve in the fridge. If you wish, you can reserve it in a one-liter bottle in the fridge.

You can drink pineapple water on an empty stomach, drinking 2 to 3 glasses a day divided into the following meals.
