  • 250ml of water.
  • 2 tablespoons of dried burdock.

Preparation:

Bring the water to a boil, once it boils add the burdock. We keep the boil for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat, cover the preparation and let cool.

We soak some sterile gauze in the preparation and apply it to the affected skin.

Burdock ointment

Preparing a burdock ointment is very simple, this ointment provides us with the medicinal properties of this plant and helps relieve the symptoms of dermatitis, it is effective in the case of eczema.

  • Burdock root
  • Vaseline cream.

Preparation:

We extract the juice from the burdock root with the help of a blender. Once the juice is obtained, mix it with the Vaseline. Mix until it has a creamy texture.

Store the cream in a sterilized glass jar with an airtight seal. We can apply the cream on the affected areas, twice a day.

Mallow infusion

  • Always keep the skin clean with suitable soap and hydrated.
  • Use soaps, lotions, oils with emollient properties.
  • When bathing or showering, the water temperature should not exceed 32º C.
  • The shower or bath should not last more than 10 minutes.
  • Do not use hard bath sponges or brushes to avoid damaging the skin.
  • It is convenient to use clothing made of cotton and soft fabrics.
  • Always wash clothing before wearing it for the first time.
