- Baking soda, water and salt: this is a natural remedy as classic as it is simple. It consists of preparing a mixture of water, baking soda and salt, placing it in a dropper and applying it to the nose.
- Homemade syrup: Homemade syrup based on onion and honey helps not only in relieving mucus, but is even ideal to combat and improve cough. Its preparation is very simple, since you only have to cut a large onion into small pieces and place them in a 250-gram glass jar, to which you will then add two tablespoons of honey. Mix well and leave to macerate for 10 hours. Ready! You can take spoonful little by little.
- To relieve snot in the chest : if in addition to snot in the nose you feel it in the chest, a useful and natural way to relieve it is by making an infusion of ginger and cardamom.
