  • 1 plain yogurt
  • 1 liter of whole milk
  • 15 grams of sugar

You also need a glass or plastic container.

Steps to make yogurt at home:

  1. Put the liter of whole milk in a saucepan or saucepan and heat until it begins to boil.
  2. When the milk starts to boil, turn off the heat and remove the saucepan. Let it cool down.
  3. Once cold, put the milk in the container, add the yogurt and the sugar.
  4. Mix it well and cover it.
  5. Let stand for 12 hours in a place where the temperature is 25ºC, stirring from time to time. If it is not possible to achieve this temperature, you can preheat the oven for 5 minutes at maximum power and turn it off, insert the closed container into it and leave it to rest for the indicated 12 hours.
