It is possible to get a healthy tan, as long as you follow the basic recommendations that many medicine and health specialists give when you want to sunbathe.
When spring and summer approach, and especially when the heat begins to tighten, it is certainly desirable to lie in the sun to relax, enjoy a good sunny day, and get a tan.
But we live in a time when a series of recommendations and appropriate guidelines must be taken into account so that our skin does not suffer, since today it is not the same to sunbathe with the current situation, as our parents used to sunbathe decades.
Get a healthy tan
As you surely know, exposure should be avoided when the sun falls perpendicular to you, which means that its rays fall in a straight line on our heads.
This is the most dangerous time of the day, since its rays directly affect our body and can burn our skin more easily than at any other time of the day.
It is best to sunbathe in the morning, before 10 am, or after 4 pm. For this reason, you should avoid sunbathing from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
It is best to expose yourself to the sun gradually, so if you are going to spend a vacation time in which you are going to sunbathe for several days, it is best that the first day you do not exceed twenty minutes. Then each exhibition can be expanded a little as the days go by.
Of course, in case it is an exposure of 5 minutes, as if it is 2 hours, you can never forget to apply photoprotective creams, always taking into account the type of skin you have.
