We will start by saying that the consumption of flax seeds has double healing power: on the one hand it fights hair loss and on the other hand it helps hair growth. It also collaborates so that the hair stays brighter, to avoid frizz or frizz, to have softer and more hydrated hair.
It generally has two ways to be used for healing use:
- Take a tablespoon of flax seed in the morning, previously ground and soaked overnight. It can be mixed with honey or yogurt.
- To prepare flaxseed water for hair loss, place three tablespoons of flaxseed in a liter of water, shake and let stand for a couple of days. Then the flaxseed water is applied directly to the scalp, not all of the hair, massaging gently.
How to make the hair mask?
You will need the following ingredients: a saucepan, a strainer, a tablespoon and a half of flax seeds, 200 ml of water, a glass jar and a wooden spoon.
Water should be heated over low heat, once it boils, the seeds are added. It’s ready when you see that the texture is like a gel (it usually doesn’t take more than 10 minutes). Strain it right away, store it in a glass jar. Once warm, keep it in the refrigerator for a period of between 5 and 7 days.
You have two ways to apply it: after shampooing and letting it act for a couple of minutes, or directly on clean hair, spreading it over the scalp or the area to be treated.
