Do you have sensitive and delicate skin? Take care of her with these remedies

Sensitive skin is usually a very delicate type of skin, which requires precise care.  Discover how to take care of it naturally with ideal natural remedies for your skin.

Sensitive skin is undoubtedly delicate skin that needs special care so that the skin does not suffer and always remains healthy. It is a type of skin that can actually affect the entire body, however it most often appears on the skin of the face or face.

The skin fulfills many functions and among them is to act as a natural barrier to be able to defend our body from the different aggressions such as viruses, bacteria, environmental aggressions and other external agents to which we are exposed.

When that natural barrier that the skin has deteriorates, the skin loses the function of regulating moisture levels, so the skin is more exposed to aggression and irritation, losing hydration, stability, elasticity, and firmness.

Symptoms of sensitive skin

What symptoms can sensitive skin produce, and how can we know if we have it or not?  There are some classic signs that can help in its diagnosis. The most common symptoms are the following:

  • Rough, scaly skin.
  • Red skin, with rashes.
  • Burning sensation, itching.
