Benefits of chamomile for the skin

Chamomile for the skin: chamomile flowers provide many benefits and properties for the skin, being useful in case of sunburn, to relieve inflammation and wounds.

A natural acne remedy made from chamomile is simply to make chamomile tea. To do this you must boil the equivalent of a cup of water in a saucepan, so that when it reaches the boiling point add a teaspoon of chamomile flowers. Let boil 3 minutes, after this time turn off the heat, cover and leave to rest for 5 minutes. You just have to soak a cotton ball in this tea and apply it to your face.

Useful against oily hair

If your hair usually has excess hair oil, chamomile can become an ally, as it is useful for  balancing oily scalps, as well as helping to revitalize and strengthen hair in a completely natural way.

To enjoy this quality, you just have to add a little chamomile tea to your usual shampoo when using it, apply to the hair and remove with warm water.

Helps relieve burns

In case of minor burns, such as burns suffered from sunbathing without proper sun protection, chamomile helps soothe discomfort thanks to its refreshing and anti-inflammatory action. It also has antiseptic qualities and helps relieve pain due to the presence of anodyne.

To enjoy this refreshing quality, you just have to put the chamomile tea in a glass bottle and leave it in the fridge for a few hours. Then soak the cotton and apply on the burned skin.
