Oatmeal mask to exfoliate the skin


  • One tablespoon of oatmeal.
  • 4 tablespoons of milk.


Make a mixture with the oatmeal and milk. Apply the mixture on all the skin of the face.

Keep the lotion on your face for 8 minutes. Rinse the skin well with lukewarm water and pat it dry with a soft towel.

This oatmeal mask can be applied once a week to exfoliate the skin.

How to make a natural after shave lotion:

Most of the lotions or aftershaves usually have alcohol in their ingredients, alcohol in addition to drying the skin tends to irritate it, and dehydrate it, and so it is advisable not to mistreat the skin even more after shaving and resort to preparing your own lotion with products natural and less aggressive for facial skin.


  • 10 drops of lavender essential oil.
  • 10 drops of wheat germ oil.
  • 10 drops of calendula essential oil.
  • 10 drops of chamomile essential oil.
  • 120 ml. of orange blossom water.


  1. In a glass jar or container we put the orange blossom water.
  2. Next we add the indicated oils and stir to dilute well.
  3. We close the bottle and shake it well.
  4. We reserve it in a dry, cool place protected from light.
  5. At the end of the shave, put a little of this lotion on the palm of your hand and apply it gently on the shaved skin including the neck and let it dry naturally.
