8 Tips to get longer and stronger eyelashes

  • Vitamin A. In addition to being essential for good eye health, all cells in the human body require vitamin A to grow. Hair, in fact, especially needs this vitamin, since it is the tissue in the body that tends to grow the fastest. We can find it in spinach, pumpkin, carrots, kale, red peppers, sweet potatoes, melon, milk, eggs, yogurt and cod liver oil.
