We will prepare this refreshing homemade toothpaste with a teaspoon of green clay, a little mineral water, a drop of peppermint essential oil, a drop of lemon essential oil.

In a plastic container we put the clay a little water to form the paste, we stir with a wooden or plastic spoon.

The first step in preparing this toothpaste is to make a thyme infusion. We will make the thyme infusion, with a teaspoon of thyme and a cup of mineral water.

We put the water to heat and when it starts to boil we add the thyme. Remove from the heat, cover the infusion and let it rest for 10 minutes. We strain and let it warm.

When it is warm, put in a plastic or glass container 3 tablespoons of the infusion, 3 drops of peppermint essential oil, 2 tablespoons of white clay and mix everything with a plastic or wooden spoon until making a paste.

To prepare this toothpaste indicated for sensitive gums we need the following ingredients:

  • A tablespoon of white clay,
  • A tablespoon of sage floral water,
  • One drop of tea tree essential oil.

In a small glass or plastic container we put the clay and the sage floral water and a drop of essential tea tree oil, stir with a wooden or plastic spoon until obtaining a paste.

We store the pasta in a sterilized glass jar with a hermetic seal. We will keep the homemade toothpaste in the refrigerator. We will use the toothpaste to brush our teeth after meals.

Homemade tooth whitening toothpaste

We will prepare this whitening toothpaste with white clay, a little mineral water, a teaspoon of food bicarbonate, a drop of thyme essential oil.

In a plastic container we put the clay, the bicarbonate and the essential oil of thyme and we add a little water to mix until it forms a paste.

We store the preparation in a sterilized glass container with hermetic closure. We brush our teeth with this homemade toothpaste after every meal. The pasta that we have left between washing and washing can be kept in the refrigerator.
