Ingredients:

  • Half a leek without the green parts and chopped.
  • A sprig of celery cut into small cubes.
  • 2 carrots without skin and diced.
  • 2 small chopped onions.
  • 50 grams of chopped chard leaves.
  • Water.
  • 2 cloves of garlic without skin and minced.
  • Sea salt.
  • Extra virgin olive oil, a splash.

Elaboration:

  1. We wash the vegetables well and chop them finely, into small cubes.
  2. In a cauldron we put all the vegetables and a little water that only covers for cooking.
  3. We will cook over low heat until it starts to boil.
  4. Once it starts to boil, add a little sea salt and a drizzle of virgin olive oil.
  5. Cook over low heat until the vegetables are tender.
  6. When they are tender, we turn off the fire.
  7. The detox vegetable soup can be eaten hot or cold as we do not feel like it, in winter it is warm and in summer and spring it feels rather cold.

Cream of green leafy vegetables

Green leafy vegetables are high in iron, low in calories, high in fiber, and diuretic. As they are rich in fiber, they will help us feel somewhat more satiated or full, in addition to promoting good intestinal transit.

Ingredients:

  • 150 grams of chopped spinach.
  • 2 chopped celery sticks.
  • A medium-sized leek, chopped.
  • 3 sprigs of broccoli, chopped.
  • 2 cloves of garlic without skin and minced.
  • Water for cooking.
  • A little sea salt.
  • A little extra virgin olive oil.

Elaboration:

  1. Once the vegetables have been washed well, we chop them into small pieces.
  2. We remove the skin from the garlic cloves and mince them finely.
  3. We put all the vegetables and the garlic cloves in a cauldron and cover everything with a little water.

  6. We continue cooking over low heat until the vegetables are tender.
  7. When they are cooked, remove from the heat and blend with the mixer until obtaining a cream or puree.

Antioxidant vegetable cream

The properties of the vegetables that this cream contains are antioxidants, they are orange vegetables rich in vitamin C, fiber, and water.

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of pumpkin without skin and pieces.
  • 4 carrots without skin and diced.
  • Half chopped red pepper.
  • A chopped onion.
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Water.
  • A little sea salt.
  • A splash of extra virgin olive oil.

Elaboration:

  1. We remove the skin from the pumpkin and the carrot, wash them and cut them into small pieces.
  2. We remove the skin from the garlic cloves and mince them finely.
  3. We wash the red pepper and cut it into small squares.
  4. In a cauldron we put all the ingredients that we have chopped up.
  5. Cover with a little water and cook over low heat.
  6. When it starts to boil add a drizzle of virgin olive oil, a little sea salt and continue cooking over low heat until the vegetables are tender.
  7. When the vegetables are cooked, we turn off the heat and blend with the mixer until obtaining a cream or puree.
