Gluten-free apple and cereal porridge


  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 teaspoon gluten-free cereal
  • 3 tablespoons of milk of continuation
  • 60 ml. of water

Steps to prepare gluten-free apple and cereal porridge:

Wash the apple well, peel it and cut it in half. Remove its seeds and cut it into small pieces. Put the water in a small saucepan and heat a little over a very low heat. Put the hot water in a small bowl, add the milk to follow and mix well.

Put the apple in the blender and blend it well, until it forms a very fine puree. Add the crushed apple to the bowl with the milk, add the gluten-free cereals and mix well again.

Apple and orange porridge


  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 tablespoon of orange juice

Steps to prepare the apple and orange porridge:

Wash the apple well, peel it and cut it in half, then remove its seeds and cut it into small pieces. Cut an orange in half and squeeze it to obtain its juice. Put the apple in the blender glass, add the orange juice and beat everything well until it forms a fine puree. Ready!  Serve in a small bowl and mix a little.

Apple, pear and banana porridge


  • 1/2 apple
  • 1/2 money
  • 1/2 ripe banana

Steps to prepare the apple, pear and banana porridge:

Wash the apple and pear well, peel them and cut them in half, removing their seeds. Cut them into several pieces and place them in the blender glass. Peel the banana, cut it in half and cut it into pieces, also adding them to the blender glass.

Blend everything well several times, until it forms a very fine puree. If it is too thick, mix with a little water.
