- A teaspoon of green tea.
- A piece of ginger.
- A cup of water.
- A teaspoon of stevia, or brown cane sugar, (optional if you like to sweeten the infusion).
- In a heater we put the water to boil.
- Once it starts to boil, add the plants and keep boiling for about 3 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, cover the infusion and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
- We strain the infusion, let it warm to drink it.
- If you like to sweeten the infusions, do it to your liking.
- We can take this infusion twice a day.
White tea and cinnamon
The combination of white tea and cinnamon help keep the skin hydrated, young, bright and smooth.
- A teaspoon of white tea.
- A stick of cinnamon.
- A cup of water.
- A teaspoon of stevia, or brown cane sugar, (optional).
- We put the water to boil in a heater.
- When it boils, add the teaspoon of white tea and the cinnamon stick.
- We boil for 3 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, and let the infusion stand covered for 10 minutes.
- Uncover the infusion, strain it and let it cool.
- Sweeten it to taste.
- From this infusion we can drink two cups a day.
