10 ways to thicken and repopulate the eyebrows

Eyebrows, when they ‘re the right shape and look, help to highlight your face, and your personality as well. In fact, we are all aware, in one way or another, how bold eyebrows have become a trend in recent years, while until recently thin eyebrows dominated the style industry. Now thicker brows are back in fashion again.

Not surprisingly, it is possible to see women wearing them not only on fashion catwalks, but even in advertisements and related product samples. And we must not forget something fundamental: the eyebrows are one of the most notable parts of the face, so that the thicker they tend to be, the more beautiful and beautiful the face tends to look.

But not everyone can enjoy thick eyebrows. For example, some people may have rather sparse eyebrows, so we are always looking for natural remedies to make them thicker.  There is no magic advice that allows you to recover the hair of the eyebrows in a single night, and make them thick or repopulate them easily, but there are certain things that we can do that can help us improve the process.

Castor oil

Castor oil is probably one of the most effective natural remedies for thicker eyebrows. It is a one hundred percent natural vegetable oil, enriched with proteins, fatty acids, natural antioxidants and vitamins, which helps in a very positive way to nourish the different hair follicles.

The best option is to try applying castor oil to the roots of your eyebrows every day, preferably at night. It will help you promote hair growth in a completely natural way, and will also ensure that each strand is as thick and strong as possible.

Of course, keep in mind something essential: pure castor oil can cause irritation, skin rashes and hives, especially if you are allergic. Therefore, the most appropriate thing if you are going to use it for the first time is to carry out an allergy test by putting a little oil on a patch of skin, and wait for at least 24 hours to check if any symptoms appear or not.

Olive oil

Olive oil is another natural product that not only provides excellent health benefits when consumed internally. It is also ideal for hair growth, thanks to its richness in vitamins A and E.

For one thing, vitamin E helps nourish each strand of hair. While, on the other hand, vitamin A helps stimulate the production of sebum, the natural oil of our body that also helps the natural growth of hair.

And how to apply it? Pour a drop of olive oil on the tip of your finger and massage your eyebrows with it. Keep it like this for a few hours, letting it act, and then remove it with warm water.

Coconut oil

Coconut oil is another vegetable oil recognized for its health qualities from an aesthetic point of view, as it works both as a conditioner and as a moisturizer. In addition, it is excellent for improving blood circulation in a completely natural way.

It also contains fatty acids, which together with the natural proteins present in the hair, work to protect it from breakage, especially in weaker hair. Another interesting ingredient is lauric oil, which acts as an antimicrobial agent, thus preventing infection of the hair follicles.

We must also mention its contribution of proteins and nutrients such as vitamin E and iron, which promote healthy and perfectly thick eyebrows.

How to apply it? You can apply it every day, as simply as dipping a cotton swab in the oil and gently dabbing it onto your brows. It is convenient to let it act overnight, and then, the next day, rinse the face with warm water.

Onion juice

Perhaps you find it particularly curious to think that onion, with its characteristic smell and powerful flavor, can help you when it comes to getting your eyebrows to grow and thicken. But, what if we told you that it is a perfect natural ingredient?

The reason is found in its richness in sulfur, selenium, minerals, B vitamins and vitamin C, which are tremendously positive for natural hair growth. Which helps hair growth not only faster, but also denser.

On the one hand, its richness in sulfur stands out above all, which, among other interesting qualities, improves the production of collagen tissues necessary for the proper growth of the eyebrows, while strengthening the hair follicles.

If the pungent and powerful smell of the onion bothers you when applying it, it is better to use a little lemon juice to eliminate the smell. The best? Use it on alternate days.

How to apply it? Chop the onion, put the pieces in a blender and blend until it forms a paste. Strain it to get its juice. Apply the juice on your eyebrows and leave it on for an hour. To finish, clean yourself with the help of a cotton ball soaked in diluted lemon juice.

Egg yolk

Eyebrow hair is made up of keratin, a natural protein. The egg, on the other hand, is also a great source of protein. Therefore, keratin is an excellent ingredient for hair growth, which is why we find it in most supplements that serve this purpose. Egg yolk is also rich in biotin, which helps eyebrow hair grow.

How to apply it? Separate the egg yolk from the white. Then beat it well until the consistency becomes smooth. Apply it on the eyebrows with the help of a brush, and leave it on for 20 minutes. Then, after this time, rinse with warm water.

Vaseline

Vaseline naturally helps to retain moisture in the eyebrows, preventing it from escaping.  Thus, it keeps the skin perfectly hydrated, which helps the eyebrows to grow long and thick.

When it comes to applying it, it is as simple as applying a little to your eyebrows and letting it act overnight. You should avoid applying too much as you risk staining the pillowcase. Then the next morning, rinse it off with lukewarm water.

Fenugreek seeds

Also popularly known by the name of methi seeds, fenugreek is known to help hair look much healthier, nourished and shiny. In fact, these seeds help the natural reconstruction of hair follicles, causing much fresher hair growth.

On the other hand, it contains nicotinic acid and natural proteins, stimulating hair growth.  And lecithin, which provides an equally natural shine to the hair.

How can we apply it? Soak fenugreek seeds in water overnight. Then grind the seeds into as fine a paste as possible. And apply it on the eyebrows, leaving it to act between 30 to 45 minutes. To finish, rinse with warm water.

Aloe Vera

Aloe vera is one of those wonderful plants that can be used for practically everything. For example, it is ideal for treating and relieving sunburn, while it can help speed up the healing of shallow wounds. And did you know that it also helps promote hair growth? This is thanks to a compound called aliening.

This compound has a chemical composition similar to that of keratin. For this reason, when applied to the hair, it helps to rejuvenate and nourish it with its own nutrients, giving it greater elasticity, strengthening it and preventing breakage.

In addition, it not only helps remove excess oil but also opens the follicular pores, thereby promoting the growth of eyebrow hair. Hence, it is effective for the growth of thick or voluminous eyebrows.

How to apply it? To obtain natural aloe vera juice, you must remove the outer leaf of the aloe and leave it to rest so that all the gel comes out. Then massage the gel into the brow area, leaving it on until absorbed. To avoid wasting it, keep the rest in the fridge to keep it until you use it later.

Lemons

You may know that lemons, like other citrus fruits, stand out enormously for their great richness in vitamin C. But they also provide group B vitamins (such as folic acid such as vitamin B9), and other nutrients that help hair to eyebrows grow much faster.

Of course, we must use it with caution, since applying lemon juice to the skin can irritate it a little. Therefore, if the irritation persists, the best thing to do is to try to omit this natural remedy and look for another.

How can we apply it? Cut a lemon in half and rub a piece of lemon on your eyebrows. Let it act for at least 20 minutes, and then carefully remove it by washing the area with a little warm water.

Milk

Believe it or not, milk is another natural ingredient that has become a home remedy for skin care, thanks to the fact that it contains two vital proteins: casein and whey, which, in addition, when applied to the hair help stimulate its natural growth.

How to apply it? Very easy. You just have to soak a cotton ball in a little milk and gently massage your eyebrows. Let it act for 20 minutes. Finally, remove it with warm water.
